On March 15, the Bielsko-Biała Mercedes-Benz Sobiesław Zasada Automotive dealership, located at ul. Karpacka 90, was officially opened. Its inauguration was led by President Sobiesław Zasada, alongside the President of Mercedes-Benz Central Europe, Wolfgang Bremm.

The new facility was designed and built using the newest dealership standard, MAR2020. It meets the latest manufacturer requirements for both the decor and the customer service process.

In the spacious premises measuring around 650 sqm., up to 10 cars of the latest Mercedes-Benz models can be displayed, with one model highlighted on a separate stage with a large-format screen. On this stage, as part of the grand opening of the premises, the customers will have the opportunity to marvel at the wondrous, unique GT Black Series for several weeks. The meetings of advisors and clients can be held in private consultation rooms, where Mercedes models are presented in the form of realistic visualizations.

The new building will facilitate the Mercedes-Benz sales strategy focusing even more on the individual preferences of its customers. This is to be accomplished with the use of various interactive devices peppered throughout the dealership—21 in total. General digitalization is a distinctive aspect of the interior of a modern dealership, in accordance with the MB MAR 2022 project in Bielsko Biała.

As part of this project, a new body shop was opened as well, featuring cutting-edge high-quality equipment for post-accident repair services. Several months ago, SZA also launched a new mechanical service for its customers, with 10 service bays and qualified, experience staff providing top grade services.
