3) your personal data will be stored for no longer than until the reason for collecting it for the purpose of processing ceases to exist, that is, until the consent referred to in point 2, for the period necessary for the performance of the contract or no longer than 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the deadline for payment of tax in connection with the contract expired, no longer than until the fulfilment of the controller’s legal obligation or no longer than for the duration of the controller’s legally justified interest referred to in point 2. The controller's interest in conducting direct marketing ceases in particular in the event of an objection to the processing of personal data for this purpose;
4) the recipients of your personal data will only be entities entitled to obtain personal data and entities participating in the operation of the www.zasada.pl website, as well as entities participating in the performance of the contract, in particular, entities providing IT services to the controller, entities providing accounting, legal and advisory services, postal services, couriers, banks and other entities handling payments;
5) You have the right to request access to your personal data from its controller, rectification, erasure, or restriction of its processing.
